Do I have to cancel to stop the listing from renewing?
No. There is nothing to cancel, because nothing renews automatically. A Sardinia listing simply ends at the end of its term.
At what point does the fee become due?
When you publish. Until then you can register, enter your details and upload photos without paying, and the draft is not visible to visitors.
What happens when the 180 days are up?
The home comes offline and the listing does not renew. You can publish a new one at any time, using the details still stored in your account.
